c) Joint Ordinance No. 9318/Resolution No. _____ for changes to the joint city/county subdivision regulations in the city of Lawrence Land Development Code, Chapter 20, Article 8 and the Douglas County Code, Chapter 11, Article 1 to allow Accessory Dwelling Units on property divided through a Certificate of Survey in the unincorporated portion of the county. The text amendment, TA-15-00461, was approved by the City Commission on August 2, 2016 and the joint ordinance/resolution adopted on second reading on August 9, 2016.
