Approve a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, CPA-16-00443, to Chapter 14 of Horizon 2020, “Specific Plans” to amend the Farmland Industries Redevelopment Plan to amend the Future Land Use Section and adopt on first reading, Ordinance No. 9319, if appropriate.

Executive Summary: |
This is a request to revise the Farmland Industries Redevelopment Plan to include Commercial as a listed land use category near the intersection of Street FF & E. 23rd Street. It also is a request to update the numerous pieces of the plan that have been identified as in need of revision. This includes revisions to allow the plan to match the progression of VenturePark, and to align the plan with the surrounding area as it has progressed. |
