Executive Summary: |
This subdivision application is for the establishment of three residential lots. Access to the lots will be provided from a shared driveway.
The project includes the dedication of new easements and the vacation of some existing easements as shown on the Final Plat Drawing.
Public improvements are not required for development of the proposed residential lots.
The Final Plat conforms to the approved Preliminary Plat (PP-16-00304). |
