Approve a 24-month extension request for Final Development Plan (FDP-14-00391) for the 6th and Monterey Planned Commercial Development, for a veterinary use, located at 3821 W. 6th Street.

Executive Summary: |
The change of use and modifications to the development plan were administratively approved on October 23, 2014. The approval was valid for a period of 24 months.
Conditions were met but the document was not recorded with the Register of Deeds Office. The approval expired on October 23, 2016.
The property owner submitted a request to extend the approval on October 13, 2016. Notice letters have been sent to property owners within 200 ft as required by the Development Code.
This request is similar to several others the Commission has considered in the past few years as development projects have slowed due to the current economic conditions.
