Executive Summary: |
The City Commission approved Ordinance No. 9206 on May 25, 2016 amending various sections of Chapter 20 of the City Code to create standards and definitions related to Urban Agriculture. While preparing the Development Code for recodification, staff found that existing definitions related to Agricultural uses that were modified by Ordinance No. 9206 or identified through the text amendment to be deleted were not repealed. This ordinance deletes these definitions from Article 17 and reserves the section numbers, thereby preserving the numbering throughout the remainder of the Article.
