4. Review and provide recommendation to the City Commission and County Commission on economic development outside agency funding requests for the 2020 Budget:

a. Peaslee Technical Training Center), City Request, County Request, Presentation

b. Bioscience & Technology Business Center (BTBC), City Request, County Request

c. The Chamber/Economic Development Corporation (EDC) & KU Small Business Development Center, City Request, County Request

5. Review new City Ethics policy pertaining to advisory boards and others in service to the City.

6. Review 2018 Annual Report: Economic Development Support & Compliance and vote on recommendation for City Commission to accept. Staff Memo

7. General public comment for items not on the agenda
