Executive Summary: |
The subject property, 1575 Birdie Way, is currently part of the Alvamar Planned Development. This revised Final Development Plan incorporates unplatted land into the adjacent development lot as shown on the attached Development Plan. The property owner has submitted a Final Plat that will be considered by the City Commission on a future agenda. This application was submitted concurrently with a request to rezone .558 acres to accommodate a revised location of the clubhouse/pool area that will serve the residential use on the lot (Z-17-00011, Ordinance No. 9340). The use restrictions are the same as those on the approved development plan for the Alvamar Planned Development.
There are no new uses proposed for this phase of the development. The revised plan accommodates the relocated amenity for the development. The previous location of the clubhouse shown on the approved Final Development Plan will be retained as open space for the development. |
