A Site Plan (sidewalk dining) application was submitted on August 22, 2016 to the Lawrence-Douglas County Metropolitan Planning Office.
A site plan, sidewalk dining license, and a use of right-of-way agreement are required to be approved by the City Commission to locate a sidewalk dining area on the public sidewalk. |
