CONSENT:

·         Approve, and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute, the Memorandum of Agreement with the University of Kansas for City participation in the construction cost of waterline improvements to provide the University of Kansas Power Plant with a new redundant waterline.

·         Award Bids for Water and Wastewater Treatment Chemicals for 2016

·         City Commission Approval to Execute ESA - El Dorado Drive Waterline Replacement, Project UT1517

·         Receive recommendation from the Public Incentive Advisory Committee on Industrial Revenue Bond financing for a redevelopment project at 800 New Hampshire Street and adopt Resolution No. 7135, authorizing the issuance of up to $7,800,000 in industrial revenue bonds for the 800 New Hampshire Street Project for the purpose of obtaining a sales tax exemption on project construction materials.   Staff Memo & Attachments
