08/02/11	· Public hearing on 2012 City budget and adopt budget ordinance on first reading.
08/09/11	· Adopt 2012 City budget ordinance on second and final reading. · Conduct a public hearing regarding distance restriction waiver requests for the Kansas State Fiddling and Picking Championship to be held in South Park on August 27 – 28, 2011, and regarding the Ballard B3 event to be held in South Park on September 24, 2011.
TBD	· Receive request from the University of Kansas School of Architecture, Design & Planning regarding the pedestrian tunnel at Pinckney Elementary School.   Staff Memo Past and Potential TE Projects · Charter ordinance regarding arrest powers.
