Executive Summary: |
The City received a $52,000 grant from the Douglas County Heritage Conservation Council to restore the receiving vault located at Oak Hill Cemetery. The receiving vault was constructed in 1884 and is in need of repointing the masonry and repairing the stone to prevent further damage to the structure from water infiltration. No bids were received for the first bid invitation. The bids for the second bid invitation for the project exceeded the grant allowance and Parks and Recreation will provide the remaining $7,479 for the project. |
