Executive Summary: |
An application was submitted by Paul Werner Architects on behalf of Fraternal Investors LLC, the property owner of record, to rezone approximately 0.18 acres located at 3235 Ousdahl Road from PCD-[Pine Ridge Plaza] District to CS (Commercial Strip) District.
A minor subdivision application, MS-17-00071, was submitted to reconfigure the lots along Ousdahl Road which are addressed as 1700 and 1717 W. 31st Street and 3215 and 3235 Ousdahl Road. This rezoning request will rezone the northern 30 feet of the property currently addressed as 3235 Ousdahl, which is being combined with the property to the north with the minor subdivision, from PCD-[Pine Ridge Plaza] District to CS (Commercial Strip) District. The property to the north is zoned CS and this rezoning will provide uniform zoning throughout the new lot.
The Planning Commission considered the rezoning request at their December 19, 2018 meeting and voted unanimously to forward the rezoning request to the City Commission with a recommendation for approval. |
