Accept the vacation of a drainage easement and the dedication of right-of-way, drainage easement, and new utility easements associated with Minor Subdivision, MS-17-00071, for Cokeley Addition, a two lot subdivision of approximately 5.9 acres located at 1700 W. 31st Street, 1717 W. 31st Street, 3215 Ousdahl Road, and 3235 Ousdahl Road. Submitted by Landplan Engineering, PA on behalf of Jayhawk Acquisitions LLC and Fraternal Investors LLC, property owners of record.

Executive Summary: |
This subdivision application is for the reconfiguration and combination of four existing platted lots into two lots. The property is being subdivided and rezoned to accommodate the development of a self-storage facility with boat/RV storage.
This minor subdivision was administratively approved on December 21, 2018 and includes the dedication of additional right-of-way for W. 31st Street, the vacation of a 60 foot wide drainage easement, and the dedication of a 20 foot wide drainage easement and other utility easements as shown on the drawing. The change to the drainage easement will increase the developable area for the project and has been approved by the City Stormwater Engineer. |
