Executive Summary:

Since 2010, the City has purchased Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software through the Small Government Enterprise License Agreement (SGELA) from Esri.  The total cost of SGELA is $225,000.00 and is paid in annual installments of $75,000.00 over three (3) years for governments with populations of 100,001 to 125,000. The current SGELA ends January 21, 2019 with the renewal period lasting from January 22, 2019 through January 21, 2022 and was budgeted for 2019.  The SGELA provides user licenses, priority technical support, and training.  The GIS software is used at all levels within the City and supports access to locational information available to the residents via the web.  City staff uses the GIS software for daily reference and locational analysis and depend on it to collect and maintain asset information.
