Accept recommendation from the Affordable Housing Advisory Board to accept the Housing Market Analysis, as presented by BBC Research & Consulting, with subsequent specific goals to be recommended later from the Board.

Executive Summary: |
At its meeting held today, September 10, 2018, the Affordable Housing Advisory Board heard the presentation from BBC Consulting on the Housing Market Analysis. The board also had some discussions about next steps. After discussion, the Board unanimously approved a motion as follows:
“Gaches moved to accept the Housing Market Analysis from BBC Research & Consulting and recommend adoption of the broad roadmap included in the report, with subsequent specific goals to be recommended later from the Affordable Housing Advisory Board. Ortiz seconded the motion. The motion passed 13-0.”
Shannon Oury, the Chair of the Affordable Housing Advisory Board, will be on hand at the City Commission on September 11, 2018 to add additional comment.
