Executive Summary: |
As a part of the Special Event Permit review process for events at Sports Pavilion Lawrence, events taking place outdoors at this location require 1000 ft. notification to property owners and City Commission approval.
The applicant proposes to have several large equipment trucks on display in the northwest portion of the parking lot in association with the National Gymnastics Day Event. The trucks are displayed for children to touch and look at them. Event activities will be indoors with the exception of the truck display.
