Executive Summary: |
The Final Plat for Alvabet, PF-17-00350, includes platted and unplatted land. This Final Plat amends internal lot lines and creates more logically configured lots. Adequate right-of-way for the adjacent streets was dedicated by previous development actions; however, additional right-of-way for Bob Billings Parkway is required to meet minimum Subdivision Regulation design standards. |
