Approve a Special Event Permit for The Lawrence Beer Co. Grand Opening at 826 Pennsylvania on August 25, 2017. Submitted by The Lawrence Beer Co., with permission of Williams Management, LLC, property owner of record.
Executive Summary:		Planning Staff recommends approval of the Special Event Permit SE-17-00324 for The Lawrence Beer Co. at 826 Pennsylvania Street and in the 800 Block of Pennsylvania Street from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on August 25, 2017, subject to the conditions listed on the Special Event Permit. There is an associated Use of Right-of-Way permit for street closings (CL-26559), evening hours of operation, and live music/entertainment so this special event permit requires approval of the City Commission.
