Executive Summary: |
This subdivision application is for the lot recombination of existing platted lots.
The project includes the dedication of additional right-of-way for Wakarusa Drive and both the dedication of new easement and the vacation of some existing easements interior to the existing platted property and shown on the attached Minor Subdivision.
Public improvements are not required for this project.
The City Commission’s action on this request is to accept the dedication of easements and rights-of-way and approve the associated vacation of some access and utility easements as shown on the attached drawing.
