Hold public hearing to consider a vacation request submitted by Tim Hazlett with ADDCO LLC for Dward Moore to vacate a portion of a 15 foot utility easement described as Lot 1, Brandon Woods Addition No. 2, also known as 1600 Carmel Drive. |

Executive Summary: |
Tim Hazlett has submitted a vacation application for the owner Dward Moore. The owner would like to add a screen room addition but the northeast corner of room would have an 85 sq. ft. encroachment on easement.
All utilities, as well as property owners within 400 feet, were notified and no objections were received.
AT&T and WOW have facilities in the existing easement that are clear of this vacation area. Southern Star Gas confirmed the vacation does not encroach on its gas line setback.
