Executive Summary: |
Eric Struckhoff, representing 1101 Mass LLC purchasing 1101 Massachusetts Street, has requested a license agreement from the city for areas adjacent to the north, east and west boundary lines of 1101 Massachusetts Street (Park Lots 17, 19, and 21) in order to maintain structure encroachments underneath the W. 11th Street and Massachusetts Street sidewalks and certain encroachments overhanging the streets and alley.
An exhibit, showing the extent of the areas encroaching into the right-of-way under the sidewalk, and the American Land Title Association survey, showing the location of the window wells, are attached.
