Executive Summary: |
This subdivision application is for the creation of 66 residential lots and the extension of the local street network. This project includes a pedestrian connection to Naismith Valley Park on the west end of the subdivision and through the city’s park land. The applicant is not opposed to the connection to the existing recreation path in Naismith Valley Park, but has stated opposition to paying for the public improvement, which staff believes should be the responsibility of the developer.
The project includes the dedication of new easements and rights-of-way.
Public improvements are required for development of this residential subdivision. lots.
