Executive Summary: |
A Minor Subdivision application was submitted on July 15, 2016 to the Lawrence-Douglas County Metropolitan Planning Office.
Dedications and vacations of easements are required to be approved by the governing body. A 15’ wide utility easement along the east portion of the property is proposed for dedication. The Minor Subdivision consolidates lots and replats the property located at 1220 Oread Avenue. The Minor Subdivision is part of the Water Tank Storage Replacement project submitted by the City of Lawrence Utilities Department in conjunction with approved Site Plan SP-16-00143. |
