Executive Summary: |
The Comprehensive Rehabilitation Program assists low income homeowners with no interest loans and grants to make necessary repairs to their homes that will increase the sustainability of the home and help the home remain affordable for them to continue to live in.
The homes listed in the attachments, will meet minimum requirements for the protection of life, limb, safety, health, property; welfare of the general public and the owner and/or occupants of residential property, once the work is completed. These standards are subject to the Lawrence City Codes. |
