Executive Summary:

This is a request from Landplan Engineering on behalf of Savannah Holdings, LLCS for a rezoning from RM12D (Multi-Dwelling Residential) District to RS5 (Single-Dwelling Residential) District to allow detached residential development. The property is located at 751 W. 29th Terrace and includes 13.268 acres. This application was submitted concurrently with a rezoning request for Floodplain Overlay District zoning (Z-16-220) and a preliminary plat (PP-16-00221)

 

The Planning Commission considered this item at their July 25, 2016 meeting and voted unanimously to forward the rezoning to the City Commission with a recommendation for approval.
