Background
On February 23, 2016, the City Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the vacation of a utility easement; described as: the west 5 feet of a 10 foot platted utility easement along the east property line of 3440 W. 6th Street.
The owner, Dillon Real Estate Co., Inc. requests the vacation of 5 feet of a 10 foot utility easement to remove the encroachment of the building into the existing easement.
All utilities, as well as property owners within 200 feet, were notified. No objections were received.
Action Request
Hold public hearing and pending discussion, approve Order of Vacation for a utility easement at 3440 W. 6th Street, as requested by property owner Dillon Real Estate Co., Inc.
