·         Award Bid No. B1600 and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute the construction contract for Iowa Street, 25th to 27th Waterline Replacement Project UT1511.

·         Authorize CM to execute an architectural/engineering services agreement for Fire Station No. 1 with Zimmerschied Architecture, PLLC.

·         Award the purchase and installation of 63 street trees to American Lawn and Landscape at a total price of  $19,410.00.

The plan proposes 31,625 sq. ft. of commercial development in five buildings with four drive-thru uses indicated.
