Background
The Minor Subdivision for the University Fields Subdivision No. 6 was administratively approved by the Planning Director on September 4, 2015.
The Minor Subdivision has been placed on the City Commission’s agenda for acceptance of dedication of additional utility easements as shown on the plat. A copy of the Minor Subdivision and Administrative Determination are attached.
Action
Accept the dedication of utility easements as shown on the Minor Subdivision, MS-15-00342, for the University Field Subdivision No. 6.
