RE:	SP-14-00526; 2518 Ridge Court, parking area and grading changes.

Background

The site plan for minor grading and parking lot improvements to the United Way Building site at 2518 Ridge Court was administratively approved. As the site improvements are linked to the Cedarwood Senior Cottages project on the east side of the property, the Administrative Determination memo has been placed on the February 3, 2015 City Commission Agenda for consideration with the site plan for the Cedarwood Senior Cottages, SP-14-00525.

The site plan and Administrative Determination Report are attached with this memo.

Action

Accept the administrative approval of the site plan, as conditioned, if appropriate.
