Attached, you will find additional items related to the parking garage question.

Scott McCullough has provided a zoning map of the downtown area.  I have also included Resolution No. 6051, adopted March 30, 1999, which ordered improvements to the parking lot in the 800 block between New Hampshire and Rhode Island Streets, Ordinance No. 7152, which set the maximum assessments for the improvements to the parking lot in the 800 block, and a sample amortization schedule (from 2002 through 2011) for the special assessment related to those parking lot improvements.
