RE:	Annual Report for SUP-12-10-10:  Lawrence Community Shelter at 944 Kentucky/214 W. 10^th Street

Loring Henderson, Director of the Lawrence Community Shelter, has provided the attached annual report as required by the conditions of the Special Use Permit for the shelter.  On April 17, 2007, the City Commission required submittal of an annual report to the Planning Office within the first calendar quarter of each year for the next three years. The report was required to include a log of police calls (with type of call noted), a log of guests who obtain jobs and housing, numbers of guests who utilize the day and nighttime services, and an update on the on-going commitment to communicate with the surrounding neighborhood and to address concerns of neighbors.

Attachment  2:  Recap of police call categories from Lawrence PD records

Attachment  3:  Jobs and housing summary

Attachment 4:   Daytime/Nighttime guests (annual/daily totals)

Attachment 5:   Neighborhood Communication update
