Vacation of Easements - Briarwood Addition

February 9, 2010 City Commission

 

On January 26, 2010 a public hearing was held to consider a request to vacate an easement in the Briarwood Addition that allows utility, pedestrian and vehicular access in the Briarwood Addition (see attached map).  The applicants include Pamela P. Mayfield, Mike Polk, Nancy L. Borer, Steven J. and Stephanie S. Freeman. 

 

The applicants and Briarwood Homeowners Association have agreed upon the terms of the vacation, rededication of new easement for utility, pedestrian and emergency vehicle access, and maintenance agreement.  Documents are attached. 

 

Action Request:

Approve Order of Vacation conditioned upon the rededication and recording with the Register of Deeds of a new easement allowing utility, pedestrian, and emergency access.
