Attached please find a Second Addendum to the City Manager’s Contract for the Commission’s consideration and action on April 14, 2009.  The preparation of the addendum was authorized following the Commission’s meeting on April 6, 2009.

Action Requested:  Authorize the Mayor to execute the Second Addendum to Contract for the City Manager’s employment agreement.
