SECOND ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT

Whereas, on October 10, 2006, the City of Lawrence, Kansas (“City”) and David L. Corliss (“Employee”) entered into an Employment Agreement (“the Contract”); and

Whereas, on March 6, 2007, the City and Employee caused an Addendum to the Contract to be approved; and

Whereas, the City and the Employee desire a Second Addendum to the Contract;

NOW THEREFORE, the City and the Employee agree as follows:

1.       The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth.

2.       Paragraph 2 of the Addendum to Contract amending Section 6 a) of the Contract is amended to provide that the Employee may accrue up to 600 hours of vacation leave.

3.       All other provisions of the Contract and March 6, 2007 Addendum to the Contract are reaffirmed.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this Second Addendum to Contract to be approved.
