Vacation of Utility Easement November 11, 2008 Regular Agenda Item |
Please include the following item on the City Commission regular agenda for consideration at the November 11, 2008 meeting:
On November 11, 2008 the City Commission will open a public hearing to consider a request by property owner McDonald’s Corporation, 10801 Mastin Blvd., Suite 400, Overland Park, KS 66210 for the vacation of an unused utility easement located in Lot 2, Block A, Haddock Addition. The portion of easement to be vacated is not in use by any utility and new construction is proposed over the existing easement.
All utilities, as well as property owners within 200 feet, were notified. No objections have been received.
Action Requested: Hold public hearing and, pending discussion, approve order of vacation.
