Please include the following item on the City Commission consent agenda for consideration at the August 19, 2008 meeting:

Approval of Change Order No. 6.

Total construction contract change orders to date covering all outstanding items are $94,845.47.

Project Details.

Major construction items included in this change order are:

• Asphalt pavement.  This change order is for the fuel adjustment for the difference in oil price as specified in the contract documents.

Project Status.  The project is 85% complete and is scheduled to be completed within the contract allowable time.

Project Funding. The project is funded 100% from the benefit district.
