Bauer Brook Estates Annexation |
On December 27, 2007, the City Commission authorized staff to send a letter to Bauer Brook Estates property owners and to proceed with annexing the property. In January 2008, the attached letters were sent to property owners advising them of the City’s annexation plans.
Staff has responded to inquiries from some property owners regarding the planned annexation. We recognize the need for flexibility to accommodate some of the property owners’ animals and imminent construction plans. To that end, the attached ordinance in Sections III and IV, authorize the City Manager to enter into annexation agreements with property owners to address these concerns.
ACTION REQUESTED: Staff recommends adoption of Ordinance No. 8194 on first reading, as appropriate.
