Wastewater Treatment Plant Inspection Report
On January 10th,
the Lawrence Wastewater Treatment Plant underwent its annual Kansas Department
of Health and Environment (KDHE) inspection. The inspection verified the
facility’s complete compliance with all regulations and its permit, as
documented in the inspection
report. The inspection included the operation and maintenance of the
wastewater facility and all of its processes, sampling requirements, reporting
and recordkeeping, lift stations and collections system, and biosolids
management. The report praised the facilities as “well operated and
maintained”.
