On May 22, 2007 the City of Lawrence opened proposals for the following:  

Project 1-SR1-107(S) - City Bid No. B07039

Iowa Street, 23^rd Street to Irving Hill Road Overpass

Iowa Street, Yale Road to 6^th Street

Milling, Overlay, Pavement Marking, Minor Geometric Improvements (KLINK)

VENDOR	TOTAL BID
Engineer’s Estimate	$650,522.60
LRM Industries, Inc.	$478,963.74
Asphalt Improvement Company	$520,227.62

Recommendation Action:

Approve bid from LRM Industries, Inc. for Project 1-SR1-107(S), KLINK, in the amount of $478,963.74 provided the contractor can meet the terms established in the contract documents.
