1.       Approve minutes from the November 14, 2017 meeting.

2.       Review and vote on Public Incentives Review Committee Bylaws. Draft PIRC Bylaws

3.       Review and provide recommendation to the City Commission and County Commission on Hillary’s (DEW- Drink Eat Well) expansion assistance grant request, to be funded equally from the City, County, and EDC/Network Kansas.    Staff Memo & Attachments

4.       Review and provide recommendation to the City Commission on the request by Lawrence Memorial Hospital (LMH) for City assistance in issuing hospital revenue bonds up to $65,000,000 to provide funds for land acquisition, construction, improvement, extension, repair, equipping and furnishing of a new 200,000 square foot medical facility to be located at the northeast of intersection of Sixth Street and Kansas Highway 10; Acquisition, improvement, extension, repair, equipping and furnishings of existing LMH facilities located at 404 Maine Street and 1112 W. 6^th Street in Lawrence Kansas; and miscellaneous capital expenditures for LMH’s health care facilities in Lawrence, Kansas, including LMH’s main campus and other health care facilities locations.   Staff Memo & Attachments
