RE:	August 26th City Commission Meeting Minutes 



Because we were busy preparing transcript documents for the upcoming bond
and note sale and due to the length of the August 26th City Commission
meeting, we were unable to complete the minutes by the September 2nd agenda
packet deadline.  The minutes will be completed in time to include them in
the September 9th City Commission meeting agenda packet.
