Executive Summary: |
The City of Lawrence engaged Black & Veatch to conduct a cost-benefit analysis of the Direct Renewable Participation Service Agreement offered by Westar Energy to the City of Lawrence in the fall of 2018. The completed report provides the current facility energy usage and assists the City in making well-informed decisions about future renewable energy opportunities, as energy technology is rapidly advancing.
