Authorize changing the start time of the June 18, 2019 City Commission meeting to 3:00 p.m.

Executive Summary:

Part of the June 18, 2019 Regular Agenda is to review the City Manager’s Recommended Budget.  We suggest starting the June 18, 2019 City Commission meeting at 3:00 p.m. in order to allow enough time to review the budget.
