RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

In consideration of full satisfaction of the agreement secured by a certain Mortgage made by Merle L. Jackson and Jean E. Jackson, in favor of the City of Lawrence, Kansas, a Municipal Corporation, Mortgagee, dated the 28th day of May 1986, recorded in Book 392 Page 370-374, in the Office of Register of Deeds, Douglas County, Kansas, and covering the following described real estate to-wit: 

An undivided one-third interest in and to lot fifteen (15) on Ohio Street, in the City of Lawrence, Douglas County, Kansas.

An undivided one-sixth interest in lot fifteen (15) on Ohio Street, in the City of Lawrence, Douglas County, Kansas.

Satisfaction of said Mortgage is acknowledged and the same is hereby released. 

Approved by the Governing Body of the City of Lawrence this 7^th day of
May, 2019.
