Executive Summary: |
The Live on Mass event organizers have applied for a street event temporary use of right-of-way permit for their 2019 event which will be held on Friday, July 12, 2019. The event will include the closure of the 1000 block of Massachusetts Street for the event.
The event applicant has requested an ordinance authorizing the sale, possession and consumption of alcohol in the 1000 block of Massachusetts Street for the event.
This event request has been reviewed by Parks and Recreation, Municipal Services & Operations, Police, Fire/Medical, Downtown Lawrence Inc., Lawrence Transit, Explore Lawrence, and Lawrence Association of Neighborhoods.
