The Lawrence Beer Co. Anniversary Street Party event organizers have applied for a street event temporary use of right-of-way permit for their 2019 event which will be held on Friday, August 23, 2019. The event will include the closure of the 800 block of Pennsylvania Street for the event.
The event applicant has requested an ordinance authorizing the sale, possession and consumption of alcohol in the 800 block of Pennsylvania Street for the event.
This event request has been reviewed by Parks and Recreation, Municipal Services & Operations, Police, Fire/Medical, Downtown Lawrence Inc., Lawrence Transit, Explore Lawrence, and Lawrence Association of Neighborhoods.
