Authorize changing the start time of the May 14, 2019 City Commission meeting to 5:30 p.m.
Executive Summary:		During the May 14, 2019 City Commission meeting/work session, we will provide a demonstration of the new agenda management software.  We are suggesting starting the May 14, 2019 City Commission meeting/work session at 5:30 p.m. in order to answer any questions the Commission might have regarding the new agenda format. We anticipate launching the new agenda software for the May 21, 2019 City Commission meeting.
