Accept dedications of right-of-way and easements as shown on the Legend Trail Addition No. 3 Final Plat. Submitted by BG Consultants, Inc. for Castle Rock L.C., property owner of record.

Executive Summary: |
The property, located in the northwest corner of the intersection of George Williams Way and Lake Estates Drive, is being platted as the first step in the development of multi-dwelling residences. The Legend Trail Addition No. 3 Final Plat will create one lot of approximately 3.47 acres.
The preliminary plat was approved by the Planning Commission at their January 23, 2019 meeting. The final plat varies from the preliminary plat in two matters:
1) Addition of interior utility easements to accommodate the extension of public utility mains to serve the multi-dwelling development. 2) Addition of recording information for the school district easement for right-of-way that was vacated by separate instrument.
