Authorize changing the start time of the April 16, 2019 City Commission meeting to 4:30 p.m. |

Executive Summary: |
Due to the projected length of the April 16, 2019 City Commission meeting, it is recommended that the meeting begin at 4:30 p.m. in order to recess into executive session for approximately one hour. After a short break, the City Commission meeting would resume the regular meeting at 5:45 p.m. The City Commission is authorized to change the meeting times pursuant to Section 1-108(A) of the City Code.
