|||
Executive Summary: |
The property at 1100 E. 23rd Street is being platted as the first step in the redevelopment of the Heritage Tractor Dealership. The Heritage Tractor Final Plat will create one lot of approximately 4.02 acres.
The City Commission accepted the dedications of easements and right-of-way as shown on the final plat at their March 5, 2019 meeting. The applicant has been working with Municipal Services & Operations staff on the details of the looped water main as part of the review of the site plan for the property. The water main system layout was revised with the site plan and the easements shown on the final plat have been revised to reflect the new system configuration. The 12 foot wide utility easement along the west side of the property was found to be unnecessary for the system and has been removed on the revised plat. The other easements and right-of-way remain unchanged.
